Capitol 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 is amended as follows:

Russ 1.27 is replaced by the following:

"1.27

In the part entitled "Interpretation of the test results ", the last paragraph of the text concerning histamine in fishery products is replaced by the following:

"Histamine in fishery products:

Histamine in fishery products of fish species associated with large quantities of histidine, with the exception of fish sauce produced by fermentation of fishery products:

—

satisfactory, if the following requirements are met:

1.	the average value observed is ≤ m;

2.	a maximum point of the observed c/n values is between m and M;

3.	one of the observed values does not exceed the limit of M;

—	satisfactory, if the observed mean value exceeds m or more than the c/n values is between m and M or one or more of the observed values are > M.

Histamine in fish sauce produced by fermentation of fishery products:

—	satisfactory, if the observed value is ≤ limit;

—	satisfactory, if the observed value is > limit. "
